Deleece Hall: Company Director
Deleece married Tony in 2011 and is a director and co-owner of Financing Futures Ltd.
Deleece is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and is the Finance Director of her own business Fuse Information Technologies Ltd (www.fuseit.com). FuseIT is an export-focused ICT company located in Nelson which specialises in integrating the major systems, CRM (salesforce.com), CMX (Sitecore) and EDRM (Micro Focus - formerly HP TRIM) of some of the world's largest companies.
Steve Furlong: Risk Insurance Manager
Steve Furlong joined Financing Futures in 2015. He has over 30 years business experience in the field of financial services including the areas of risk and investment planning. He has a post graduate diploma in Personal Financial Planning and is a member of the IFA (Independent Financial Advisers).
Steve's experience and knowledge of the insurance industry means he understands the complex nature and challenges that are presented when putting together something as complicated as an insurance plan for your future security. He follows processes which ensure that you get the best cover for your situation in terms of policy and pricing.
Steve is happy to review your current insurance to make sure it meets your needs. Insurances have evolved and changed over the years so rather than changing your existing cover he can offer advice on where to “fill in the gaps” to ensure you have the best possible protection.

Rebecca Wilkens: Loans Administration Manager
Rebecca worked in the banking industry for many years before making the switch to Financing Futures. Having previously worked for Trustbank Canterbury, BNZ and Westpac she has experience in the areas of home loans, personal loans, agribusiness and business finance. She has dealt extensively with self employed customers and understands their financial needs.
Rebecca’s main responsibility is loan submissions, focusing primarily on our business and equipment finance clients along with our Australian clients. She handles the lodging of applications on behalf of the client, preparation of loan documentation and manages the process through to settlement.
Connor Ward: Consumer Lending Specialist
Connor Ward joined Financing Futures in 2017 after studying commerce at Victoria University and has completed his training as a mortgage broker.
In his role as Consumer Lending Specialist, Connor focuses primarily on clients requiring home loans, personal loans and general insurances. He has a sound knowledge of lender policies and the offerings available which allows him to find the best possible solution for your situation.

Jude Flinson: Graduate Accountant
Jude Flinson is a qualified Accountant having completed his Graduate diploma in Professional Accounting before working in a chartered accounting environment. He is a certified member of the NZ Bookkeepers Association.
