Connor has been engaged in lending with Financing Futures for over six years, including the last three years as an adviser. He has strong people skills and is able to influence his clients to aim high and maximise their financial potential. His technical skills include strong knowledge and understanding of lender policies and an ability to leverage those skills to achieve very high approval rates.
Apart from being a successful adviser, Connor is also a director of the company and has been influential in developing an office culture that results in strong staff retention, an effective work ethic, striving for excellence and outperformance. This is achieved through sound staff selection (the right person for the right job), thorough on-the-job training, leading technology and best practice policies.
Connor has won several awards in his short time as a Mortgage Adviser including the NZA Top Adviser 2023.
